Placenta Previa

Placenta Previa is a condition where the placenta lies low in the uterus and partially or completely covers the cervix. The placenta may separate from the uterine wall as the cervix begins to dilate (open) during labor.

Placenta previa affects about 1 in 200 pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy. If you have placenta previa, you'll probably be restricted from physical exertion for a portion of your pregnancy and you'll likely require a cesarean section (C-section) to safely deliver your baby.

Types
1. Complete previa: the cervical opening is completely covered
2. Partial previa: a portion of the cervix is covered by the placenta
3. Marginal previa: extends just to the edge of the cervix

Causes
1. More than one child
2. Surgery on the uterus
3. Twins or triplets
4. A cesarean birth
5. Older
6. Smoker

Symptoms
- Bright red vaginal bleeding without pain during the second half of pregnancy is the main sign of placenta previa.
- Bleeding ranges from light to heavy.
- The bleeding usually stops without treatment, but it nearly always returns days or weeks later.

Diagnosis
1. Abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound
2. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) may be used to clearly determine placental location.

Treatment
Once diagnosed, placenta previa will usually require bed rest for the mother and frequent hospital visits. Depending on the gestational age, steroid shots may be given to help mature the baby’s lungs. If the mother experiences bleeding that cannot be controlled, an immediate cesarean delivery is usually done regardless of the length of the pregnancy. Some marginal previas can be delivered vaginally, although complete or partial previas would require a cesarean delivery.
If your bleeding can't be controlled or your baby is in distress, you may need an emergency C-section — even if the baby is premature.

Most physicians recommend women who are experiencing placenta previa to :
- Avoid intercourse
- Limit traveling
- Avoid pelvic exams

  1. I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from
ULTIMATE LIFE CLINIC (www.ultimatelifeclinic.com) in March, 2020. Their
treatment totally reversed the virus. I did another blood test after
the 6 months long treatment and tested negative to the virus. Amazing
treatment! This treatment is a breakthrough for all HBV carriers.

  2. I was able to overcome senile dementia via a complete naturopathic process.

About two years ago, when I was 56, I started feeling foggy and had occasional memory lapses. My wife, Mary, started to notice it, too, but I also have hearing issues so she thought that was the problem. My memory problems worsened very gradually over the years, and we lived with it, compensating as needed. I became less social. After some months thereafter, it got to the point where we couldn’t keep making excuses or ignoring it. I had gone from doing our grocery shopping without a list to going with a list, to having the list but not buying what was on it.

Mary went online to do some research, and it was during this interval we had been fortunate enough to come across Dr. Utu: an African traditional herbalist and witch doctor whose professional works had majored on the eradication of certain viral disorders, primarily dementia, ( improving the memory capacity positively), via a traditional, naturopathic process and distinguished diet plan. It was by the administration of this herbal specialist that I had been able to improve my condition for better. So to say, the encounter with the above-mentioned herbal practitioner was the first time we ever heard there was something that possibly can be done to improve my memory functionality.

By the existence of such an encounter, I was able to learn of the new approach by which this herbalist successfully treated dementia conditions, which included a distinguished herbal therapy and lifestyle changes of which I had undergone to a tremendous, positive effect.
It was after the completion of the herbal therapy I had started to experience a great deal of cognitive improvement when it came to rational decision making.

In brief, I was able to go through the dreadful hollows of senile dementia without any further hazardous damage to my health condition, and within a short period. Had it not been for the support of my wife, of whom had encouraged me to undergo the above-mentioned therapy and that of the herbal practitioner of whom now happens to be benefactor - I would have been long exposed to the further perils of this condition and of which had been apt to result to a calamitous end.

I would also wish for the same positiveness upon patients who may happen to be suffering from this debilitating disease, and would warmly beseech them to find a confidant like this herbal specialist with whose professional services I was able to attain a divine recovery.
